## Freatures
### `Add()` Method Supports Timeout Configuration
- Task Timeout: Supports the `Delay` parameter to set execution time limits. If the task exceeds the timeout, it will execute the configured timeout action and log the timeout event. If no timeout action is configured, the task will terminate and log the timeout.
- Timeout Action: Handles timeout events via the `OnDelay` parameter.
- Example
  ```go
  // Set 30-second timeout
  scheduler.Add("@hourly", task, 30*time.Second)
  
  // Complete configuration: description + timeout + callback
  scheduler.Add("@daily", backupTask, "Backup task", 5*time.Minute, func() {
      log.Println("Backup timeout")
  })
  ```

## 新增
### `Add()` 方法支援超時動作的參數配置
- 任務超時：支援 `Delay` 參數設定執行時間限制，超時後會直接進行設定的超時動作並記錄超時事件，如果沒有設定超時動作，則直接結束並記錄超時
- 超時動作：透過 `OnDelay` 參數處理超時事件
- 範例
  ```go
  // 設定 30 秒超時
  scheduler.Add("@hourly", task, 30*time.Second)
  
  // 完整配置：描述 + 超時 + 回調
  scheduler.Add("@daily", backupTask, "Backup task", 5*time.Minute, func() {
